The Support we give
We support people with daily personal care, pursuing hobbies and interests, attending outpatient appointments, community facilities to develop new friendships and stay in touch with friends and family.
Our teams work closely with an individual to identify what support they need and how and when it is delivered. We give people full control over their support plan and they can easily change the type of support they receive.
